Headcanon:
Arthur has beautiful cursive.
However, his printing sucks. It looks like a five-year-old with his left hand wrote it, which is why he rarely prints, and usually sticks to cursive.
France makes fun of him for it, which is another reason why he usually sticks to cursive.
